Availability
All of our items are collector items and we don't keep a large amount of items more than a year old in stock. That is why we limit the maximum ordered to (2) at a time per item. We restock constantly, so rest assured we will get plenty more.

Condition of Items
All of our items are NRFB meaning that the items are still perfectly intact and undisturbed inside their original boxes, just as they were when they left the factory. We, at Dazzling Dolls and Collectibles, Inc., realize the importance of box condition, especially with more modern items and want to help you as best as we can on getting you a quality item. We will assure you that we will not sell any item that will not display beautifully. All of our items are in great condition, but please note that we will not and do not guarantee a "perfect box". We take the condition of the boxes into consideration when we price our items. As we stated earlier, we don't keep a big amount of any one item in stock so that we can offer a huge variety to you. We will be as upfront with you as best as we can. At any time when you see an item that you are interested in on our website, you may call or email us to ask about its condition at (817) 483-5556. We will always be as honest as possible to make sure that you are completely satisfied and that you know what you are getting.Refunds and Returns
- Please note that all sales are final. If you would like to return an item, you can receive store credit for the amount of the doll. Shipping can not be refunded. If an item is damaged, please get in touch with us right away so that we can file an insurance claim and replace your item promptly.
- All returns must be NRFB or they will not be approved. You may not want that item, but somebody out there is just waiting for it and we want them to be able to have the item in the same quality condition that you received it in.
- Once an order is placed by credit card through our secure site, it can only be canceled by us. If you are needing to cancel your order, please inform us right away.
- There will be a 5% charge deducted from the credit issued to cover our fees to our merchant account. That is what we are charged for canceling an order once it is placed. Be sure of your purchase before it is placed to avoid unneccessary fees !
Payment Options
We have several different payment options. You may order through the website by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may fax your order to us at (817) 483-5557. You may call it in to us at (817) 483-5556 during store hours only. Please do not leave order information on the voice mail. You may mail your check or money order in for your order (Please note: personal checks will be held 7-10 days). You may also have us call you back to take your order. Whichever you choose, we hope that we have provided enough options to make your purchases convenient for you.Preorder Policy
Some of our items are not available yet. What that means is that they haven't been released from the factory to us. We do have these items on order and will get them when they are released. Anyone interested in preordering, should either call the store or email your request to dazzlingdolls@aol.com. You will not be able to do it through the website. We do not require a deposit on preorder items, but the balance is due in full as soon as the item arrives in stock. Failure to do so will cancel the preorder and we will not be able to take future preorders from you. Cancellation of a preorder will have the same results. The day that we receive the items, you will receive an email from us letting you know that it is here. You will then pay the balance within 72 hours. Once that is paid, your item will be on the way !! Preordering ensures that you will get the doll or item of your dreams !!Checking the Status of your Order
We ship your order usually within 3-4 business days after the order is placed. You should expect to see your items within 7-10 business days for orders in the United States. Those shipments are sent UPS and you will receive the tracking information by email. If you have not received your item within 10 business days of placing the order, please call us at (817) 483-5556 or email us at DazzlingDolls@aol.com and we will be more than happy to look your order up for you and give you an expected date of delivery. International orders usually take at least 2-3 weeks to arrive.Backorder Items
There may be an occasion that our website may not update in time to stop an order being placed when we are actually sold out. If that happens, your order will be placed on backorder for (5) business days so that we may try to restock to fill your order. If we can't fill your order in (5) days, your account will be credited 100% of your canceled items. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless we are unable to fill your order within (5) days. You may return any item for store credit if you follow the guidelines under the Sales and Return policy. Prices and Availability are subject to change without notice.Items Not Shown on Website

These items are just that, out of stock. If you see an item you wish to have, you may keep checking back or you may email or call us at (817) 483-5556 to see if we plan to have the item in stock. PLEASE NOTE: The price listed on out of stock items DOES NOT REFLECT the current price if the item were to return to stock.
